Talk to the people who built it
InvoiceGen is made in Manly, NSW by Venture Drake. If something is not working, or you need a feature that isn't there yet, write to us — the same small team reads and answers it.
Send us a message
We read every enquiry. No bots, no autoresponders.
What are you writing about?
Telling us which of these it is gets you a useful answer faster.
Account or access
Can't sign in, didn't get the verification email, or need to change the email on your account. Include the address you signed up with.
Something is broken
A document that won't generate, a total that looks wrong, a PDF that won't download. Tell us what you did and what happened instead.
A feature request
Describe the job you are trying to get done. We would rather solve the underlying problem than build the exact button you pictured.
A question about invoicing
Happy to point you at the right ATO guidance, though we can't advise on your specific tax position.
About Venture Drake
InvoiceGen is built by Venture Drake, a small Australian software business based in Manly, New South Wales. Between us we have spent close to three decades running and building small businesses, which is the entire reason this product exists — we sent the invoices ourselves, chased the payments ourselves, and got tired of paying a monthly subscription for the privilege.
That is also why it is free. Invoicing is not the part of a small business that should cost money.
Or just start using it
You don't need to talk to anyone first. Create an account and send an invoice in the next few minutes.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time. Account access problems get looked at first.
Can you give me advice on my tax situation?
No. We can explain how InvoiceGen produces a compliant document and point you at the ATO's published guidance, but we are not registered tax agents and cannot advise on your circumstances. For that you need an accountant or a registered tax agent.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, and we would like you to. InvoiceGen is built by a small team, and the things people actually ask for tend to be the things that get built. Email us with what you are trying to do rather than the feature you think you need — it usually leads somewhere better.
